Port Access Elevated Highway Project - Sewer Line Reinstatement: Project Completed

We are proud to be a part of the Port Access Elevated Highway Project, a major initiative to improve the transportation infrastructure in Colombo. Our team was subcontracted by CCECC-HPRB-HNRBI Joint Venture (Pvt) Ltd to reinstate a damaged sewer line from D1-1 to D1-5 inside Colombo Port, Sri Lanka, owned by Sri Lanka Ports Authority.

The D1 sewer line was damaged during the bored piling work related to the Port Access Elevated Highway Project. It was decided to relocate the damaged sewer line due to ground complications in the area. Under the proposed contract, our company was tasked with building a new sewer line to replace part of the above-damaged line within the SLPA premises with a diameter of 400mm.

We successfully completed the pipe jacking of Vitrified Clay Jacking Pipes to a length of 340m as per the project scope. We also constructed and converted 8 RC Shafts into manholes.

This project highlights our capabilities in providing innovative solutions for complex infrastructure challenges, and we take pride in contributing to the development of the Colombo Port, a vital hub for trade and commerce in Sri Lanka.
